Overview
XparkAI is a healthcare intelligence platform focused on helping people discover hospitals, blood banks, pharmacies, doctors, and health-related information in Bhubaneswar and nearby areas. We designed our platform to collect as little personal information as reasonably possible while still making the service useful, safe, and responsive.
We do not sell personal information. We do not position XparkAI as a medical records platform, and we do not intentionally request or store highly sensitive medical history through the website waitlist flow.
1. Information We May Collect
Depending on how you interact with XparkAI, we may collect your name, email address, city or location context, basic device/browser information, and usage events such as page visits or feature interactions.
If you later use app features that rely on location, we may process approximate or precise location data only with your permission in order to show nearby hospitals, pharmacies, doctors, and maps.
If you use tools such as prescription scanning in the app experience, certain text recognition steps may happen on-device. We aim to avoid uploading unnecessary image data wherever local processing is possible.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to operate the platform, respond to waitlist interest, improve usability, secure the service, understand which features people care about, and notify users about launch updates or product changes.
- To send waitlist confirmations, updates, and onboarding emails.
- To personalize local healthcare discovery for Bhubaneswar and future supported cities.
- To measure reliability, detect abuse, and improve product performance.
- To maintain safety, legal compliance, and user support.
3. What We Do Not Intend To Collect
We do not ask users to submit full medical records, insurance documents, diagnoses, or long-term clinical histories through the waitlist website. If a future app flow ever requires sensitive information, we will explain the purpose clearly inside the product before collection.
4. Data Sharing
We may share limited information with service providers that help us host, analyze, secure, or operate XparkAI. These providers are only expected to process information for legitimate operational purposes.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset transfer.
Important: Public healthcare data shown inside XparkAI may come from government sources, public records, or partner systems. That public data is not necessarily personal information about you.
5. Third-Party Services
XparkAI may rely on third-party providers such as Google Maps Platform, Firebase infrastructure, Google ML Kit, or other tools required for maps, forms, analytics, hosting, and AI experiences. Those providers may process technical information according to their own privacy terms.
We encourage users to review the privacy policies of any third-party tools they interact with through XparkAI.
6. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary to run the service, communicate with users, maintain records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Waitlist submissions may be retained until launch and early rollout operations are complete, unless deletion is requested earlier.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No system is perfectly secure, but we aim to minimize exposure and restrict access appropriately.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you previously submitted to us, subject to operational and legal requirements. You may also opt out of non-essential communications by following unsubscribe instructions in emails where available.

9. Children's Privacy
XparkAI is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent where required. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us improperly, contact us and we will review the request promptly.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. When we do, we will revise the effective date on this page and post the updated version here.
